Hello, we are ASR Projects and we are human. With a passion for our projects and inspired by our customers, David and the ASR team believe “it’s the people that help make projects great.” ASR Projects has a wealth of expertise, experience, knowledge and skills within the team. We invest in people – training, empowering and nurturing them to become the next generation of highly skilled talented individuals and team members.
Our people make us different. ASR Projects has an extremely flexible and adaptable approach to working with all our clients and above all a very personable hands-on attitude. Our team thrives on challenges and the satisfaction we achieve from taking a clients vision and turning their building dreams into a reality.
Meet our team
David Morgan
David lives and breathes the world of construction. With a Bsc Degree in Project and Construction Management and coming from a qualified and experienced background as a Cost Consultant and Quantity Surveyor, David has built an established construction business and consultancy using his 25 years experience and knowledge. Over the years David has worked in many areas of the industry from civil engineering to ground-works, landscaping to interior fit-outs, building homes to building industrial warehouses. His diverse experience and hand-on approach makes ASR Projects the multi-disciplined business and team it is today.

Rachel Morgan
Co-Founder and David’s wife, Rachel, understands the immense commitment to running a family business and a growing business at that. Often the sounding board for David’s ideas, she will always approach business matters with a strong but level head complementing David’s entrepreneurial spirit. Rachel has nearly 30 years experience of accounts and office management. She has worked across a number of industries from a family run landscaping company to hire firms to large international steel manufacturers. Rachel’s key role as joint owner is to provide office support, debt management and financial reporting.

Fiona Campbell
Fi is our very personable dependable Consultant Design Coordinator, a real people person always taking great care of our clients and their design process with a sharp eye for detail. She has been working with ASR Projects since 2017 previously as a Project Coordinator focusing on internal fit outs after working with Designer Angela Gidden as Design Manager on interior design projects. Today, Fi manages the design process from start to finish, engaging with the client, the architect, and all the specialists to get the design to planning and beyond. Fi’s experience and knowledge gained in her previous roles in design and build and construction gives her a wide understanding of design, build, site management and processes. She learns on the job as well as in the classroom passing an intensive CITB SMSTS course with a 100% result. And it’s results Fi always has her eye on – for our clients, our team, suppliers and collaborators and ASR Projects.

Andrew Reape
Andrew is our hard grafting Site Manager. He’s been a key member of the ASR team since the beginning and has been working within the industry for almost 40 years. Andrew has amassed an abundance of skills and experience from ground-works to building-works and all aspects of construction, carpentry to joinery. Andrew is a fully trained time-served NVQ and City & Guilds Carpenter, a qualified SSSTS Site Manager, Highways Approved Ground-work Supervisor and holds licenses in erecting platforms and for driving 360 Excavators, JCB’s, Dumpers and Tele-handlers. You name it Andrew has done it and done it well – his knowledge is invaluable to ASR Projects and our clients projects.

Natalie Morgan
Natalie is your first point of contact in our office. She joined ASR Projects in March 2019 and instantly become a vibrant member of our team. Natalie has over 15 years experience working in accounts and is responsible for supplier and client accounts, processing, administration and the day-to-day running of the office. You can pretty much be guaranteed a friendly bubbly greeting from Natalie – just what very business and office needs.

Daryl Taylor
As Site Supervisor you’ll find Daryl running around our project sites making sure our team and trades are in the right place at the right time. As our lead Carpenter he’ll also be head down in the detail on all carpentry aspects of a build. Daryl is a talented carpenter gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge across a variety of construction projects from house builds to extensions, roof work to internal fit-outs – his work is always fundamental to the best job we can achieve as a team.

Culture
Investing in Training & Skills
The skills within ASR Projects team encompass the full spectrum required within the construction industry, from Quantity Surveyors to Project Manager and Site Managers, ground-workers to concrete finishers, steel-fixers to roofers, brick-layers to specialist block-workers, carpenters to joiners – all dedicated qualified individuals.
We are trained and experienced in Project and Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, SMSTS Site Management, holding the CSCS Site Manager Card, qualified in City & Guilds & NVQ’s in Carpentry, Highways Approved Groundwork Supervisor and a number of members of our team hold a Street Works Card.
We hold licences for driving 360 Excavators along with JCB’s, Dumpers, Tele-handlers and the erection of platforms. Training is an on-going development programme and essential investment. We encourage and run Apprenticeship training, nurturing the skills and talents of the future.
The skills within ASR Projects are complemented by the external skills we employ from our long-term sub-contractors – civil engineers, architects and designers, electricians, heating engineers, mechanical engineers, steel fabricators, roofers, surfacing contractors, landscapers, decorators – our flexible, friendly, dependable sub-contractors.
