Llechwen Hall Hotel

Creating and building a 24 bedroom extension with new bar and reception facilities – all to 4 Star standards. Llechwen Hall Hotel is a well-established hotel and function venue just off the A470 in beautiful surroundings and with equally stunning views. The hotel owners wanted to expand and improve the hotels facilities to cater for their growing reputation as a wedding venue. ASR Projects were contracted to undertake the complete build, inside and out, upstairs and downstairs – from the ground up to a turnkey service.

Building & blending new with old

And creating a facility fit for the future. ASR Projects were responsible for the complete build and programme, from Quantity Surveying to Project managing, procurement to quality control, ground-works to landscaping, joinery to stone masonry, interior and exterior finishes, M&E to plumbing and plant room installation, to providing a turnkey service sourcing and purchasing everything from original art to mirrors, lighting to furniture, soft furnishings to carpet and flooring, wall coverings to security safes and the all important coat hangers.

ASR Projects provided a comprehensive service on site, every day, no matter how many weddings we had to work around in any one week. For our hotel client it was always ‘business as usual’ – we always accommodated going above and beyond in our ‘usual way’.

The design detail – Classic, comforting Welsh-ness

From sourcing and recommending to procurement and installation, ASR Projects turned the designers ideas into a reality with our turnkey service. We know that the buildings we build are just shells until the all important fit-out, furnishings and finishing touches bring a space to life. We loved bringing together the touches of comfort, the timeless nod to modern classic, the hand-made and the many bespoke elements, all lovingly made – all evoking a warm welcoming Welsh-ness.

The detail – Creating a 4 Star finish

The same but different on the inside where no two rooms are exactly the same but the attention to detail and execution is consistently high throughout. A complete bespoke build, the project demanded time-served joinery skills, trusted professional painting and wallpapering skills, the thinkers and the doers. Under the daily watching eye of our Project Manager Fi, the attention to the detail and overall finish was crucial to attaining the 4 Star standard set out in the brief.
